• Not engage in money laundering or terrorist financing

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing is subject to:

• Verification of transaction authenticity
• Fraud detection mechanisms
• Settlement timelines as per agreements
• Compliance with banking regulations

6. Fees and Charges

Merchants are responsible for:

• Transaction fees as specified in the agreement
• Settlement fees if applicable
• Chargebacks and dispute fees
• Any additional fees communicated in writing

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, and technology provided by PEOPLE PAY, including:

• Software and APIs
• Documentation and guides
• Logos and branding materials
• Designs and functionality

are the exclusive property of PEOPLE PAY. Merchants have a limited license to use these solely for their payment processing needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEOPLE PAY shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Interruption of service beyond our control
• Third-party actions or failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Warranties Disclaimer

PEOPLE PAY provides services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Security of information
• Fitness for particular purpose

10. Termination

PEOPLE PAY may terminate Services if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Payment obligations are not met
• Regulatory requirements mandate termination

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to:

• Laws of India
• Jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi
• Applicable RBI regulations and guidelines

12. Modifications

PEOPLE PAY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
