Terms of Use - Spendlist App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using Spendlist ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use Spendlist for personal, non-commercial financial tracking purposes only.

3. Permitted Use

Spendlist is intended for:

• Personal financial tracking and expense management
• Recording your daily spending
• Creating expense categories and budgets
• Generating personal financial insights

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
• Sell, rent, or distribute the App
• Use the App to violate any laws
• Attempt to extract data or code from the App
• Reproduce or create derivative works

5. Offline Storage

All expense data is stored locally on your device. The Company is not responsible for data loss due to device malfunction, factory reset, or accidental deletion. Regular manual backups are recommended.

6. No Warranties

Spendlist is provided "as is" without any warranties:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
• No warranty of accuracy or completeness
• No warranty of security or privacy
• No warranty of specific results or outcomes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Device malfunction
• Incorrect calculations or entries
• Financial decisions based on App data
• Any indirect or consequential damages

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining device security
• Protecting your device from unauthorized access
• Regularly backing up your data
• Verifying expense entries for accuracy
• Using the App in compliance with these Terms

9. Data Ownership

All expense data you enter belongs to you. We claim no ownership. You have the right to export and delete your data at any time.

10. Modification or Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Spendlist at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for any major changes affecting existing users.

11. Termination

Your right to use Spendlist terminates immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all data remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
